What are key elements of good leadership?
The most effective leaders are clear about their values, which lets them be authentic. They do what they say, bring others along on their journey, and align people around their vision, whether building a business, designing a new product, leading a country, or guiding a team.
Great leaders care about the process and the people as much as the outcome. Inspiring leaders create a desire to work towards a common goal.
Consider the leaders who inspire you and what aspects you respect most about them.

Are you feeling a desire for more purpose, meaning, and fulfillment in your life and career? Here are some ideas for how and where to start.
No More Excuses and No Regrets! Clear out what’s holding you back—false beliefs, old stories, and heavy baggage. These things will weigh you down and block your progress.
Break Free, Then Break Through! Awareness is the first step to change. Identify how you may be holding yourself back, then begin releasing and healing. Let go of unhelpful behaviors, patterns, and messages. Imagine new possibilities and rewrite your story with positive, affirming thoughts.
Clear Focus Creates Inspired Action: Exciting new possibilities can emerge when you have a fresh perspective. Rewrite the rules and move towards your desired future. Build a plan and strategy based on a clear direction to achieve your goals effectively.
With a bold mindset, you can make the changes and impact you desire.

It can be easy to get distracted or sidelined when we compare ourselves to others. Those high achievers who want to make high 6 and 7 figures or start their own business or whatever. How awesome for them. Now WGAF?, what do you want?
What’s most important is what you want to achieve. No matter how big or small, ambitious or lazy, it’s your vision. Break it down into achievable goals and keep at it.
Creating change takes time. Don’t be overwhelmed by the big things because over time, they can become achievable. While it might be natural to look outside ourselves and compete, it doesn’t help us stay centered in our own priorities.
The next time you find yourself looking at others and feeling regret, comparison or guilt, let it go. Come back to yourself.
YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN PATH!
You got this!
Keep making progress by taking one step forward, no matter how small, Before you know it, your path will unfold and you will be further along than you realize. Believe in your goals. Believe in yourself. Every step counts!

We know that change is a constant, so how can we get more comfortable with uncertainty? How can you move through change and still stay true to yourself?
Here are a few ideas:
Break free from old patterns: It can be natural to fall into routines with the same colleagues, clients, and venues. Why not try something new? Challenge yourself, and seek opportunities that propel you forward. Growth comes from stepping out of the familiar and into the unknown.
Reclaim your light: Look for the positive and opportunities rather than focusing on the negative. Stop dragging yourself through the motions. Identify what you truly want and take one action this week to achieve it. Regain your confidence by being your most authentic self.
Trust the journey: Sometimes we can be too close to our situation to see it clearly. We can hold things tightly. Can you choose to go with the flow? Empower yourself through acceptance.
Trust the process and embrace the journey that you are on.

Wonderful afternoon! Haircut, followed by a hot date with myself and a bunch of boulders and a walk in the woods. Sometimes, I need to get out and wander.
So fortunate to have #columcillemegalithpark in my backyard!

Which matters most? When starting a new exercise routine, are you better served by doing reps, having great form or spending time. All of the above and just showing up.

Being authentic isn’t just a buzzword; it`s about living true to yourself. Here’s the real truth:
1) It`s Not Always Easy: Being authentic can be challenging, especially in a world that often pressures us to conform. It takes courage to be yourself.
2) Vulnerability is Strength: Authenticity requires vulnerability. Sharing your true self can feel risky, but it builds deeper connections and trust.
3) Consistency Matters: Living authentically means aligning your actions with your values consistently. It’s about making choices that reflect who you truly are.
4) Embrace Imperfection: Authenticity isn’t about being perfect; it`s about being real. Embrace your flaws and celebrate your uniqueness.
5) Freedom and Fulfillment: Living authentically brings a sense of freedom and fulfillment. When you are true to yourself, you attract the right opportunities and people into your life.
Just remember this: authenticity is a journey of self-discovery and self-expression. Despite the challenges and time it can take to be fully yourself, ultimately you will find more peace and soul alignment. Embrace your true self and let your light shine.
